A additional mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 10/23/2024, commencing promptly at 10:30 a.m., at 91260 66th Ave, Mecca, CA 92254. General Contractors who attended the October 8, 2024 bidders conference are not required to attend the October 23rd mandatory walk to bid the project, but are welcome to attend. Attendance at the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is required as a condition of bidding. Sign language services are available for the Pre-Bid Conference upon written request received by Erik Sydow, Development Manager, 951-955-9021 or esydow@rivco.org at least three (3) business days prior to the Pre-Bid Conference.
